The cover of the 5th installment of the journal produced by Gutai artists. Special issue dedicated to "Outdoor Gutai Art Exhibition"

The installment was part of the 1956 show that fellow Gutai artists Yoshihara Jiro and Shimamoto Shozo participated in. A major theme for this outdoor exhibit was audience interaction with both the environment and the artwork.

This design by Miyake is part of his "Pleats, Please" collection and showcases innovative fashion technology, and steps towards the integration of texture and form.
